Seest thou not that We have set the Evil Ones on against the unbelievers, to incite them with fury? 83 So hasten thou not against them; We are only counting against them a counting. 84 On the Day when We shall gather the Godconscious unto [Us,] the Most Gracious, as honoured guests, 85 And We shall drive the sinners to Hell, like thirsty cattle driven down to water,- 86 They shall not control intercession, save he who has made a covenant with the Beneficent Allah. 87 They say, "The Gracious One has begotten a son." 88 You have done an atrocious thing. 89 The heavens almost rupture therefrom and the earth splits open and the mountains collapse in devastation 90 that they have attributed to the All-merciful a son; 91 It does not become the majesty of the Compassionate God to take to Himself a son: 92 There is none in the heavens and the earth but cometh unto the Beneficent as a slave. 93 He has counted them and exactly numbered all; 94 And everyone of them will come to Him singly on the Day of Judgment. 95 Verily those who believe and do righteous works - anon the Compassionate shall appoint for them affection. 96 So We have made this (Qur'an) easy in your tongue that you may give good news to those who take heed, and warn the people who are contentious. 97 And how many a generation before them have We destroyed! Canst thou (Muhammad) see a single man of them, or hear from them the slightest sound? 98
