[O MEN! Pay heed to God's messages,] for it is He who has endowed you with hearing, and sight, and minds: [yet] how seldom are you grateful! 78 It is He who scattered you in the earth, and to Him you shall be mustered. 79 And He it is who grants life and deals death; and to Him is due the alternation of night and day. Will you not, then, use your reason? 80 They say exactly the same thing as the people who lived before. 81 They said, "When we have died and become dust and bones, are we indeed to be resurrected? 82 "Such things have been promised to us and to our fathers before! they are nothing but tales of the ancients!" 83 Say: 'Whose is the earth, and whoso is in it, if you have knowledge?' 84 They will say, "To God." Say, "So will you not pay heed? 85 Say: "Then who is the Lord of the seven skies? And who is the Lord of the mighty Throne?" 86 They will say: "Allah." Say: "Will you not then fear Allah (believe in His Oneness, obey Him, believe in the Resurrection and Recompense for each and every good or bad deed)." 87 Say, "In whose hands lies sovereignty over all things, protecting all, while none can seek protection against Him? Tell me, if you have any knowledge." 88 They will say, "All this belongs to God." Say to them, "How are you then deluded?" 89 We have brought before them the Truth, and there is no doubt that they are lying. 90 Allah has not chosen any child, nor any other God along with Him – were it so, each God would have taken away its creation, and each one would certainly wish superiority over the other; Purity is to Allah above all the matters they fabricate. 91 He has the knowledge of all seen and unseen things. He is too exalted to be considered equal to anything else. 92
