The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
۞ Exalt the name of your Lord, the Most High, 1 Who createth, then disposeth; 2 And Who hath disposed and then guided, 3 And Who bringeth forth the pasturage, 4 then caused it to wither away. 5 We shall now make you read (O dear Prophet Mohammed peace and blessings be upon him), so you will not forget. 6 Except what Allah pleases, surely He knows the manifest, and what is hidden. 7 We shall take you slowly towards ease. 8 Therefor remind (men), for of use is the reminder. 9 Those who have fear of God will benefit 10 but the most wretched shall flout it, 11 even he who shall roast in the Great Fire, 12 Wherein he shall neither die nor live, 13 Indeed successful is the one who became pure. 14 And who remembereth the name of his Lord, and then prayeth. 15 Nay! you prefer the life of this world, 16 and the world to come is better, and more enduring. 17 Lo! This is in the former scrolls. 18 The Scriptures of Ibrahim (Abraham) and Musa (Moses). 19
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
