Al-Naze'aat 2 of 2
Are you the harder to create or the heaven? He made it. 27 by raising its vault high and fashioning it flawlessly, 28 Its night He covers with darkness, and its forenoon He brings out (with light). 29 And afterwards spread out the earth. 30 and then brought from it its water and pastures. 31 And the mountains! He established them firm: 32 All this was done as a means of enjoyment for you and your cattle. 33 But when there comes the greatest Overwhelming Calamity - 34 the human being will recall whatever he has done. 35 and Hell will be brought in sight for anyone to see: 36 So for one who rebelled, 37 And preferred the life of the world, 38 surely Hell shall be the refuge. 39 And for such as had entertained the fear of standing before their Lord's (tribunal) and had restrained (their) soul from lower desires, 40 Paradise will be the dwelling. 41 They ask thee about the Hour,-'When will be its appointed time? 42 But how are you to know? 43 To your Lord is the goal of it. 44 You are only a warner for those who fear it. 45 On the day when they see it, it will seem to them as though they had only lived in the world for a morning and an afternoon. 46

Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
