Al-Mulk 2 of 2
It is He who made the earth submissive to you; therefore walk in its tracts, and eat of His provision; to Him is the Uprising. 15 Are you so unafraid that He who is in Heaven will not open up the earth to swallow you, when it will begin to tremble? 16 Or are you secure of those in the heaven that He should not send down upon you a punishment? Then shall you know how was My warning. 17 Those who came before them also gave the lie (to the Messengers): then how awesome was My chastisement! 18 Do they not see the birds above them flying wings spread out or folded? Nothing holds them aloft but God. All things are within His purview. 19 Or who is it that could be an army for you to aid you other than the Most Merciful? The disbelievers are not but in delusion. 20 Who can provide for you, if He withholds His provision? Yet they obstinately persist in rebellion and avoidance of the truth. 21 What! is he who goes prone upon his face better guided or he who walks upright upon a straight path? 22 Say (unto them, O Muhammad): He it is who gave you being, and hath assigned unto you ears and eyes and hearts. Small thanks give ye! 23 Say: He it is Who multiplieth you in the earth, and unto Whom ye will be gathered. 24 And they say, "When is this promise, if you should be truthful?" 25 Say thou: the knowledge is only with Allah, and I am but a warner manifest. 26 But when they will see it (the torment on the Day of Resurrection) approaching, the faces of those who disbelieve will be different (black, sad, and in grieve), and it will be said (to them): "This is (the promise) which you were calling for!" 27 (Muhammad), say, "Have you not considered that regardless whether God forgives me and my followers or grants us mercy, but who will protect the disbelievers from a painful torment? 28 Proclaim, “He only is the Most Gracious – we have accepted faith in Him and have relied only upon Him; so you will now realise who is in open error.” 29 Say, "Have you considered if your water were to sink into the ground, who could then bring you flowing water?" 30
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
