Surely We have sent down the Koran on thee, a sending down; 23 Wherefore persevere thou with the commandment of thy Lord, and obey not thou of them, any sinner or ingrate. 24 Meditate upon the name of your Lord morning and evening; 25 And during the night prostrate to Him and exalt Him a long [part of the] night. 26 Surely men love what hastes away and forget the grievous day (ahead). 27 It is We Who creared them and made them firm of make. And whenever We list, We can replace them with others like unto them. 28 This surely is a reminder: Therefore whosoever desires may take the way to his Lord. 29 And you do not please except that Allah please, surely Allah is Knowing, Wise; 30 He is Merciful to whom He will; but, for the harmdoers He has prepared for them a painful punishment. 31
