For everything on the earth is extinction. 26 but forever will abide thy Sustainer's Self, full of majesty and glory. 27 So which of the wonders of your Lord will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 28 Of Him beggeth whosoever is in the heavens and the earth; every day He is in a new affair. 29 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 30 We will attend to you, O prominent beings. 31 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 32 Tribe of jinn and of human, if you are able to penetrate the provinces of heaven and earth, pass through them! But you shall not pass through except with a power! 33 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 34 Flames of fire and molten copper shall be loosed against you, and you shall not be helped. 35 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 36 (What will happen) when the heaven will be split asunder and will become crimson like leather? 37 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? - 38 Neither man nor jinn will be questioned on that day about his sin. 39 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 40 The guilty will be known by their marks, and will be taken by the forelocks and the feet. 41 Which of the favours of your Lord will you then deny? 42 This is Gehenna (Hell) which the sinners belied, 43 between it and [their own] burning-hot despair will they wander to and fro! 44 Which of the favours of your Lord will you then deny? 45
