Al-Zalzalah

The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

When Earth is shaken with her (final) earthquake 1 And the earth brings forth her burdens, 2 And man cries (distressed): 'What is the matter with her?'- 3 on that Day will she recount all her tidings, 4 having been inspired by your Lord. 5 On that Day people will come forward in separate groups to be shown their deeds: 6 So, whoever does an atom's weight of good shall see it; 7 And whosoever has done even an atom's weight of evil will behold that. 8

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
