When Moses said to his servant (Joshua): "I will not give up till I reach the confluence of two oceans, or I will journey on and on." 60 When they reached the confluence they forgot the fish (they had brought as food) which swiftly made its way into the sea. 61 After they had passed the place, Moses said to his young companion, "Bring us our morning meal; we have indeed been fatigued by this journey." 62 He replied: "Sawest thou (what happened) when we betook ourselves to the rock? I did indeed forget (about) the Fish: none but Satan made me forget to tell (you) about it: it took its course through the sea in a marvellous way!" 63 [Musa (Moses)] said: "That is what we have been seeking." So they went back retracing their footsteps. 64 Then they found one of Our votaries, whom We had blessed and given knowledge from Us. 65 Moses said unto him: "May I follow thee on the understanding that thou wilt impart to me something of that consciousness of what is right which has been imparted to thee?" 66 He said, "Indeed, with me you will never be able to have patience. 67 'For how can you bear patiently with that which you have never encompassed in your knowledge' 68 He said: If Allah pleases, you will find me patient and I shall not disobey you in any matter. 69 The other said: "If then thou wouldst follow me, ask me no questions about anything until I myself speak to thee concerning it." 70
