The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

By the (Steeds) that run, with panting (breath), 1 And strike sparks of fire, 2 And by oath of those who raid at dawn. 3 and leave behind a cloud of dust 4 Then penetrate to the centre of the enemy army. 5 That man is ungrateful to his Lord 6 and he himself is a witness to that, 7 Surely he is passionate in his love for good things. 8 ۞ But does he not know that [on the Last Day,] when all that is in the graves is raised and brought out, 9 and the secrets of the hearts are laid bare (and examined)? 10 their Lord will examine his deeds? 11

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
