AND LO! [In the course of his wanderings,] Moses said to his servant: "I shall not give up until I reach the junction of the two seas, even if I [have to] spend untold years [in my quest]!" 60 But when they reached the junction of the two seas, they forgot their fish, and it took its way through the sea as in a tunnel. 61 When they had journeyed further on, Moses said to his servant: "Bring us our repast. We are surely fatigued by today's journey." 62 He said: lookest thou! when we betook ourselves to the rock, then I forgot the fish; and naught but the Satan made me forget to mention it, and it took its way into the sea - a marvel! 63 Moses said: "But that is exactly what we were seeking." So they retraced their steps. 64 And they found a servant from among Our servants to whom we had given mercy from us and had taught him from Us a [certain] knowledge. 65 Moses said to him, 'Shall I follow thee so that thou teachest me, of what thou hast been taught, right judgment.' 66 He said: Surely you cannot have patience with me 67 "And how can you have patience about a thing which you know not?" 68 Musa (Moses) said: "If Allah will, you will find me patient, and I will not disobey you in aught." 69 He said: then if thou wilt follow me ask me not of anything until I begin thereof some mention. 70
