Say: O my Lord! if Thou shouldst make me see what they are threatened with: 93 My Lord! then place me not among the wrong-doing people. 94 And indeed We are Able to show you the promise they are given. 95 Repel evil with the best deeds; We well know the matters that they fabricate. 96 And say: "My Lord! I seek refuge with You from the whisperings (suggestions) of the Shayatin (devils). 97 O my Lord, I seek refuge in You lest they attend me' 98 Until, when death cometh unto one of them, he saith: My Lord! Send me back, 99 haply I shall do righteousness in that I forsook.' Nay, it is but a word he speaks; and there; behind them, is a barrier until the day that they shall be raised up. 100 And when the trumpet is blown there will be no kinship among them that day, nor will they ask of one another. 101 then those whose scales weigh heavy with good works will be successful. 102 But those whose scales are lighter will perish and abide in Hell for ever. 103 The Fire shall scorch their faces, exposing their jaws. 104 "Were not My Signs rehearsed to you, and ye did but treat them as falsehood?" 105 'Lord' they will reply, 'adversity prevailed over us and we were erring. 106 "Our Lord! bring us out of this: if ever we return (to Evil), then shall we be wrong-doers indeed!" 107 He (Allah) will say: "Remain you in it with ignominy! And speak you not to Me!" 108 Surely there was a party of My servants who said: O our Lord! we believe, so do Thou forgive us and have mercy on us, and Thou art the best of the Merciful ones. 109 Then ye took them mockingly, so that they caused you to forget remembrance of Me, and at them ye were wont to laugh. 110 I have rewarded them this day for they were constant, and they have come to attainment." 111 He will say: How many years did you tarry in the earth? 112 They will reply. "We remained for about a day or part of it, but ask those who have kept count". 113 He will say: You did tarry but a little-- had you but known (it): 114 Did you imagine that We created you without any purpose, and that you will not be brought back to Us?" 115 So exalted be Allah, the True King! there is no god but he, Lord of the Throne honoured. 116 He, who invokes another deity along with God, a deity of whose divinity he has no proof, will be brought to account by his Lord. Certainly, those who deny the truth shall never prosper. 117 And, [O Muhammad], say, "My Lord, forgive and have mercy, and You are the best of the merciful." 118
Almighty God's Truth.
