Al-Duhaa

The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Dawn (Al-Fajr) before Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

By the morning brightness 1 and the brooding night! 2 Your Lord has neither left you, nor despises you. 3 The Last shall be better for you than the First. 4 And your Lord is going to give you, and you will be satisfied. 5 Did He not find thee an orphan, and shelter thee? 6 Did He not find you unaware of the Right Way, and then directed you to it? 7 Did He not find thee destitute and enrich (thee)? 8 Therefor the orphan oppress not, 9 And as for him who asks, do not chide (him), 10 And as for the favor of your Lord, do announce (it). 11

Almighty God's Truth.
