We also favored Moses and Aaron 114 And delivered them and their people from the great affliction. 115 And helped them so that they became the victors. 116 And We gave them the Book which helps to make things clear; 117 guided them to the right path, 118 And left (their remembrance) for posterity. 119 Peace be on Musa and Haroun. 120 This is how We reward those who do good: 121 for those two were truly among Our believing servants. 122 Verily Elias is one of the apostles. 123 He asked his people: 'Do you not fear (Allah)? 124 Do you call on Baal, and abandon the Best of creators? 125 "Allah, your Lord and Cherisher and the Lord and Cherisher of your fathers of old?" 126 But they called him a liar, therefore they shall most surely be brought up. 127 excepting only [those who were] God's true servants; 128 And We left for him [favorable mention] among later generations: 129 Peace be upon Elias. 130 Verily We! thus We recompense the well-doers. 131 He is truly among Our faithful devotees. 132 AND, BEHOLD, Lot was indeed one of Our message-bearers; 133 Recall what time We delivered him and his household, all. 134 except for an old woman who stayed behind, 135 and then We utterly destroyed the others: 136 And indeed you pass over them in the morning. – 137 and night: will you not take heed? 138
