The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
The Calamity! 1 What is the Striking? 2 What shall let you know what the Clatterer is! 3 The day on which men shall be as scattered moths, 4 and the mountains will be like fluffy tufts of wool.... 5 So for one whose scales prove heavy, 6 He will be in a pleasant life. 7 And for one whose scales prove light, 8 Will have the Abyss for abode. 9 And what do you know what that is? 10 It is a Fire, intensely hot. 11
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
