Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace

Seest thou one who denies the Judgment (to come)? 1 It is he who pusheth away the orphan, 2 and does not urge others to feed the needy. 3 So woe to the praying ones, 4 but whose hearts are not in their prayer. 5 They who would be seen, 6 and, withal, deny all assistance [to their fellow-men]! 7

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
