It is He Who has created for you (the faculties of) hearing, sight, feeling and understanding: little thanks it is ye give! 78 And He it is Who multiplied you in the earth, and to Him you shall be gathered. 79 It is He Who gives life and death, and to Him (is due) the alternation of Night and Day: will ye not then understand? 80 Nay, but they said the like of what the ancients said. 81 They say: "Is it that when we are dead and have been reduced to dust and bones, shall we then be raised up again? 82 We and our fathers have been promised this before; this is naught but the fairy-tales of the ancients.' 83 Say O dear Prophet (Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), “To Whom does the earth and all that is in it belong to, if you know?” 84 They will say, "To God." Say, "So will you not pay heed? 85 Say: "Who is (the) Lord of the seven heavens, and (the) Lord of the Great Throne?" 86 They will say: "Allah." Say: "Will you not then fear Allah (believe in His Oneness, obey Him, believe in the Resurrection and Recompense for each and every good or bad deed)." 87 Say thou: in whose hands is the governance of everything, and who sheltereth but from whom none is sheltered, if ye know? 88 They will say, "All this belongs to God." Say to them, "How are you then deluded?" 89 We have revealed to them the truth. But they are certainly liars. 90 Never did Allah take unto Himself any son, nor is there any god other than He. (Had there been any other gods) each god would have taken his creatures away with him, and each would have rushed to overpower the other. Glory be to Allah from all that they characterize Him with! 91 The knower of the absent and the present, too exalted is He for what they associate (with Him)! 92
