Do you not see that We have sent the devils upon the disbelievers, inciting them to [evil] with [constant] incitement? 83 Therefore, do not hasten (things) against them, for We count out to them a number, 84 and on the Day when We will ceremonially gather the righteous to the Merciful, 85 And drive the guilty unto hell, a weary herd, 86 No one will have power to intercede, except for those who have permission from the Lord of Mercy. 87 And the disbelievers said, “The Most Gracious has chosen an offspring.” 88 Indeed you have brought forth (said) a terrible evil thing. 89 Whereby the heavens are almost torn, and the earth is split asunder, and the mountains fall in ruins, 90 That men should ascribe a son to the Most Gracious, 91 It does not become the majesty of the Compassionate God to take to Himself a son: 92 Not one of all [the beings] that are in the heavens or on earth appears before the Most Gracious other than as a servant: 93 Verily He knoweth them and numbereth them with (right) numbering. 94 And each one of them will come unto Him on the Day of Resurrection, alone. 95 The Lord of Mercy will bestow affection upon those who believe and perform righteous deeds. 96 We have made it [the Quran] easy, in your own language [Prophet], so that you may convey glad news to the righteous and give warning to a stubborn people. 97 And how many have We destroyed before them of generations? Do you perceive of them anyone or hear from them a sound? 98
