Thorns (Al-Masad)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Key (Al-Faatehah) before The Rolling (Al-Takweer)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

Perish the hands of the Father of Flame! Perish he! 1 No profit to him from all his wealth, and all his gains! 2 Surely, he will be cast into a Flaming Fire 3 And his wife, the portress of fire wood, 4 Will have a strap of fibre rope around her neck. 5

Almighty Allah's Truth.
