Do you not see that We have set the devils against the infidels to rouse and instigate them? 83 So hasten thou not against them; We are only numbering for them a number. 84 On the day that We shall muster the godfearing to the All-merciful with pomp 85 And shall drive the culprits to Hell as a herd. 86 None will have power to intercede for them except one who obtains a promise from Ar-Rahman. 87 As it is, some assert, "The Most Gracious has taken unto Himself a son 88 You have indeed brought an extremely grave speech! 89 The heavens almost rupture therefrom and the earth splits open and the mountains collapse in devastation 90 That men should ascribe a son to the Most Gracious, 91 For it is not consonant with the majesty of (Allah) Most Gracious that He should beget a son. 92 There is no one in the heavens and the earth but comes before Ar-Rahman in all obedience. 93 He has counted and enumerated them one by one. 94 And each one of them will come unto Him on the Day of Resurrection, alone. 95 Surely (as for) those who believe and do good deeds for them will Allah bring about love. 96 So, [O Muhammad], We have only made Qur'an easy in the Arabic language that you may give good tidings thereby to the righteous and warn thereby a hostile people. 97 for, how many a generation have We destroyed before their time - [and] canst thou perceive any one of them [now,] or hear any whisper of them? 98
