Have you not seen those who dispute with respect to the communications of Allah: how are they turned away? 69 Those who belie the Book and that with which We sent Our Messengers shall soon know. 70 When, with (iron) collars and chains around their necks, they will be dragged 71 In the boiling water, then they will be burned in the Fire. 72 Then shall it be said to them: Where is that which you used to set up 73 Apart from God?" They will answer: "They have left us in the lurch and fled. In fact it was nothing that we prayed to before." That is how God sends the unbelievers astray. 74 "This is so because you went about exulting wrongfully in the land," (will they be told), "and you were insolent. 75 “Enter the gates of hell, to remain in it forever”; so what a wretched destination for the haughty! 76 Therefore have patience, the Promise of Allah is true. Whether We show you something of that We promise them or call you to Us, to Us they shall all return. 77 Verily We sent messengers before thee, among them those of whom We have told thee, and some of whom We have not told thee; and it was not given to any messenger that he should bring a portent save by Allah's leave, but when Allah's commandment cometh (the cause) is judged aright, and the followers of vanity will then be lost. 78
