Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

Hast thou observed him who belieth religion? 1 It is he who turns down the orphans 2 And does not encourage the feeding of the poor. 3 Ah, woe unto worshippers 4 and are heedless of their prayers, 5 Those who do things only to be seen by others. 6 And withhold things of common use (from others). 7

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
