Y S (Yaa Seen)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
YaSeen. 1 By the Quran, full of wisdom, 2 you are indeed one of the messengers 3 on a Straight Way, 4 [This is] a revelation of the Exalted in Might, the Merciful, 5 That you may warn a people whose fathers were not warned, so they are heedless. 6 Assuredly the word hath been justified against most of them, wherefore they shall not believe. 7 Lo! We have put on their necks carcans reaching unto the chins, so that they are made stiff-necked. 8 and We have set a barrier before them and a barrier behind them, and We have enshrouded them in veils so that they cannot see: 9 Alike it is to them whether thou hast warned them or thou hast not warned them, they do not believe. 10 You can only warn him who listens to the warning and fears Ar-Rahman secretly. So give him good news of forgiveness and a generous reward. 11 Verily, We give life to the dead, and We record that which they send before (them), and their traces [their footsteps and walking on the earth with their legs to the mosques for the five compulsory congregational prayers, Jihad (holy fighting in Allah's Cause) and all other good and evil they did, and that which they leave behind], and all things We have recorded with numbers (as a record) in a Clear Book. 12
