۞ Allah has commanded: "Do not take two gods; for He is but One God. So fear Me alone." 51 To Him belongs all that is in the heavens and (all that is in) the earth and Ad-Din Wasiba is His [(i.e. perpetual sincere obedience to Allah is obligatory). None has the right to be worshipped but Allah)]. Will you then fear any other than Allah? 52 And whatever favor is (bestowed) on you it is from Allah; then when evil afflicts you, to Him do you cry for aid. 53 yet no sooner does He relieve your distress than some among you set up other partners besides their Lord, 54 that they may show unthankfulness for that We have given them. So take your joy; certainly you will soon know! 55 And they appoint for that which they knew not a portion of that wherewith We have provided them. By Allah! ye will surely be questioned regarding that which ye have been fabricating. 56 They assign daughters to Allah - glory be to Him - whereas they assign to themselves what they truly desire! 57 and when any of them is given the good tidings of a girl, his face is darkened and he chokes inwardly, 58 Because of the evil of the good news he hides himself from people, (pondering) whether he will keep her and be humiliated, or trample her into the dust. Evil is their judgement! 59 Those who believe not in the world to come, theirs is the evil likeness; God's is the loftiest likeness; He is the All-mighty, the All-wise. 60
