And assuredly We gave grace unto Musa and Harun. 114 We saved them and their people from great distress; 115 We helped them and they were victorious. 116 and We gave them the Manifesting Book, 117 And showed them the right path. 118 and left for them among the later folk 119 'Peace be upon Moses and, Aaron!' 120 As such We recompense the gooddoers. 121 Surely both of them were among Our believing servants. 122 Elijah too was one of the messengers. 123 when he said to his people, 'Will you not be godfearing? 124 Do you call on Ba'lan (the idol Baal) and abandon the Best Creator, 125 God, your Lord, and the Lord of your fathers?" 126 But they denounced him as a liar, so they will surely be arraigned (for punishment), 127 Except the chosen creatures of God. 128 And we left for him among the later folk (the salutation): 129 Peace be unto Elias! 130 Verily, thus do We reward the doers of good 131 he was among Our believing servants. 132 So also was Lut among those sent (by Us). 133 when We delivered him and his people all together, 134 except for an old woman who remained behind. 135 We then destroyed the others. 136 And most surely you pass by them in the morning, 137 Or at night.
