It is We Who have set out the zodiacal signs in the heavens, and made them fair-seeming to (all) beholders; 16 And We have guarded it (near heaven) from every outcast Shaitan (devil). 17 except for those who stealthily try to listen to the heavens, but who are chased away by a bright flame. 18 And We spread out the earth, and placed mountains as anchors in it, and in it grew all things by a proper measure. 19 And created livelihoods for you in it, and created those for whom you do not provide the sustenance. 20 Of all things there are We have the stores, and send them down in determined measure. 21 We send the winds fertilizing, and We send down out of heaven water, from which you drink and you are not its treasurers. 22 And indeed it is We Who give life and it is We Who cause death, and We are the Inheritors. 23 And indeed, We know the first generations of you who had passed away, and indeed, We know the present generations of you (mankind), and also those who will come afterwards. 24 It is your Lord who will gather them. He is all wise and all knowing. 25
