And says man, “When I am dead, will I soon be brought forth alive?” 66 Does he not remember that We created him when he did not exist? 67 By your Lord, We shall most surely gather them and the devils too; and bring them close to hell on their knees. 68 Then We will most certainly draw forth from every sect of them him who is most exorbitantly rebellious against the Beneficent Allah. 69 Then, surely it is We who are most knowing of those most worthy of burning therein. 70 There is not one of you who shall not go down to it: such is a thing decreed, determined by your Lord. 71 Then We shall save those who use to fear Allah and were dutiful to Him. And We shall leave the Zalimun (polytheists and wrongdoers, etc.) therein (humbled) to their knees (in Hell). 72 When Our clear revelations are recited to those who deny the Truth they are wont to say to those who have faith: "Which of the two groups has a better status and whose assemblies are grander?" 73 How many generations of greater prosperity and splendor have We destroyed before them? 74 Say, "The Gracious One grants respite for a time to those who are in error until, when they are confronted with what they are promised, either in punishment [in the world] or in [the approach of] the Hour, they will realize who is worse in respect of position and who is weaker in resources." 75 God further enlightens those who seek guidance. To those who do charitable deeds which produce continuing benefits, your Lord will give a better reward and a better place in Paradise. 76 So have you seen him who denied Our signs and says, “I shall certainly be given wealth and children?” 77 Has he the knowledge of the unseen or has the Beneficent God established such a binding agreement with Him? 78 By no means! We shall write down that which he saith; and We shall lengthen for him of the torment a length. 79 and We shall inherit from him what he says, and he shall come to Us alone. 80 They have sought honor from other gods instead of God. 81 But nay! [On Judgment Day] these [very objects of adoration] will disavow the worship that was paid to them, and will turn against those [who had worshipped them]! 82
