Al-Jumu'ah 2 of 2

O YOU who have attained to faith! When the call to prayer is sounded on the day of congregation, hasten to the remembrance of God, and leave all worldly commerce: this is for your own good, if you but knew it. 9 And when the prayer has been concluded, disperse within the land and seek from the bounty of Allah, and remember Allah often that you may succeed. 10 And when they see some trade or sport, they move towards it and leave you standing delivering the sermon; proclaim, “That which is with Allah, is better than sport and trade; and the sustenance of Allah is the best.” 11

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
End of Surah: Friday (Al-Jumu'ah). Sent down in Medina after The Column (Al-Suff) before Victory (Al-Fatt-h)
