And those who disbelieve say: "When we have become dust, we and our fathers, shall we really be brought forth (again)? 67 We and our fathers were promised this before; these are but old stories." 68 Say: "Go about through the earth and see what has been the end of the evil-doers." 69 Do not be sorry for them, nor be distressed for what they devise. 70 And they (the disbelievers in the Oneness of Allah) say: "When (will) this promise (be fulfilled), if you are truthful?" 71 Say, "Perhaps it is close behind you - some of that for which you are impatient. 72 Indeed your Lord is Most Munificent upon mankind, but most men do not give thanks. 73 Surely, your Lord knows what they hide in their hearts and what they reveal. 74 there is nothing hidden in heaven and on earth, but is recorded in a clear Book. 75 Verily, this Quran narrates to the Children of Israel most of that about which they differ. 76 and it is a guidance and mercy for the believers. 77 Surely thy Lord will decide between them by His Judgment; He is the All-mighty, the All-knowing. 78 Therefore rely on Allah; surely you are on the clear truth. 79 You cannot make the dead to listen, or the deaf to hear the call, when they have turned their backs, 80 Nor canst thou be a guide to the blind, (to prevent them) from straying: only those wilt thou get to listen who believe in Our Signs, and they will bow in Islam. 81 ۞ And when the word shall come to pass against them, We shall bring forth for them a creature from the earth that shall wound them, because people did not believe in Our communications. 82
