Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

Just look at him, who belies the religion! 1 Behold, it is this [kind of man] that thrusts the orphan away, 2 and never encourages the feeding of the destitute. 3 So woe to those who pray 4 Who delay their Salat (prayer) from their stated fixed times, 5 Who dissimulate 6 And withhold the necessaries of life. 7

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
