And when Allah said: O Isa, I am going to terminate the period of your stay (on earth) and cause you to ascend unto Me and purify you of those who disbelieve and make those who follow you above those who disbelieve to the day of resurrection; then to Me shall be your return, so l will decide between you concerning that in which you differed. 55 "And as for those who are bent on denying the truth, I shall cause them to suffer a suffering severe in this world and in the life to come, and they shall have none to succour them; 56 And as to those who believe and do good deeds, He will pay them fully their rewards; and Allah does not love the unjust. 57 THIS MESSAGE do We convey unto thee, and this tiding full of wisdom: 58 The similitude of Jesus before Allah is as that of Adam; He created him from dust, then said to him: "Be". And he was. 59 (This is) the truth from thy Lord (O Muhammad), so be not thou of those who waver. 60 And whoso disputes with thee concerning him, after the knowledge that has come to thee, say: 'Come now, let us call our sons and your sons, our wives and your wives, our selves and your selves, then let us humbly pray and so lay God's curse upon the ones who lie.' 61 Behold, this is indeed the truth of the matter, and there is no deity whatever save God; and verily, God - He alone - is almighty, truly wise. 62 But if they turn away, then indeed - Allah is Knowing of the corrupters. 63
