Beholdest thou not that Allah hath subjected to Himself for you whatsoever is on the earth and the ships running in the sea by His command? And He withholdeth the heaven that it fall not on the earth save by His leave. Verily Allah is, unto mankind, Clement, Merciful. 65 It is He who has given you life, He will make you die and will make you live again. Surely the human being is ungrateful. 66 We have appointed for every nation a holy rite that they shall perform. Let them not therefore wrangle with thee upon the matter, and do thou summon unto thy Lord; surely thou art upon a straight guidance. 67 And if they wrangle with thee, say: Allah is Best Aware of what ye do. 68 Allah will judge between you on the Day of Resurrection concerning what you dispute. 69 Know you not that Allah knows all that is in heaven and on earth? Verily, it is (all) in the Book (Al-Lauh Al-Mahfuz). Verily! That is easy for Allah. 70 And they worship instead of Allah that for which He hath sent down no warrant, and that whereof they have no knowledge. For evil-doers there is no helper. 71 When Our Signs are plainly recited to them, you will perceive utter repugnance on their faces and it all but seems as if they will soon pounce upon those who recite Our Signs to them. Say: "Shall I tell you what is worse than that? The Fire with which Allah has threatened those who disbelieve. That is truly an evil end." 72
