▼ 55 The All Compassionate
Al-Rahman 3 of 3
And for him who dreadeth the standing before his Lord will be two Gardens. 46 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 47 [There will be two gardens with] spreading branches. 48 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 49 With two springs of water flowing through them both. -- 50 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 51 In both of them, there will be two kinds of every fruit. 52 Which of the favours of your Lord will then both of you deny? -- 53 Reclining on carpets whereof the linings will be of brocade; and the fruit of the two Gardens shall be near at hand. 54 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 55 therein maidens restraining their glances, untouched before them by any man or jinn -- 56 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 57 [There will be] maidens as fair as corals and rubies. 58 Which of the favours of your Lord will then both of you deny? 59 Shall the recompense of kindness be aught save kindness? 60 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 61 And beside these there shall be two Gardens. 62 jinn and mankind - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny 63 green, green pastures -- 64 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 65 With two fountains gushing constantly, -- 66 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 67 In them will be Fruits, and dates and pomegranates: 68 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 69 In the midst of these will be maidens, good and comely. 70 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 71 Companions restrained (as to their glances), in (goodly) pavilions;- 72 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 73 untouched before them by any man or jinn -- 74 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 75 Reclining on green cushions and beautiful carpets. 76 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 77 Blessed be the name of your Lord, the Lord of Majesty and Glory. 78
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
