The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
The event that terrifies the hearts! 1 What is the event that terrifies the hearts? 2 And what could make thee conceive what that sudden calamity will be? 3 On that Day human beings shall be like scattered moths, 4 and the mount-ains like tufts of carded wool. 5 Then as for him whose balance (of good deeds) will be heavy, 6 shall find himself in a happy state of life; 7 whereas he whose weight is light in the balance 8 will have hawiyah as their dwelling. 9 And what shall make thee know that which she is? 10 It is a burning Fire. 11
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
