(Muhammad) say, "I am only a warner. The only Lord is God, the Almighty. 65 Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that lies between them, all-mighty, all-forgiving." 66 Say: "That (this Quran) is a great news, 67 "From which ye do turn away! 68 I had no knowledge of the High Assembly's dispute. 69 Only this has been revealed to me that I am a distinct warner. 70 When your Lord said to the angels: 'I am creating a human from clay, 71 So when I have proportioned him and breathed into him of My [created] soul, then fall down to him in prostration." 72 So all the angels prostrated, every one, without exception. 73 But not Iblis: he was proud and he was one of the unbelievers. 74 Allah said: O Iblis! what preventeth thee from prostrating thyself before that which I have created with both my hands? Becomest thou stiff-necked, or art thou of the exalted ones? 75 He said: "I am better than he. You created me from fire, and him from clay." 76 (God) said: "Then go hence, ostracised. 77 And lo! My curse is on thee till the Day of Judgment. 78 He said, "Lord, grant me respite until the Day of Resurrection". 79 The Lord said, "You will only be given a respite 80 "Till the Day of the time appointed." 81 He said: Then, by Thy might, I surely will beguile them every one, 82 except for those among them who are Your chosen servants." 83 (God) said: "This is right by Me, and what I say is right. 84 "That I will certainly fill Hell with thee and those that follow thee,- every one." 85 Say (O Muhammad, unto mankind): I ask of you no fee for this, and I am no simulating. 86 "This is no less than a Message to (all) the Worlds. 87 and you will most certainly grasp its purport after a lapse of time!" 88
