The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah)
96 verses, revealed in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ When there happeneth the Event. 1 there will be nought that could give the lie to its having come to pass, 2 Degrading (some) and exalting (others); 3 When the earth shall be shaken with a (severe) shaking, 4 and the mountains crumbled, 5 and become like scattered dust particles, 6 And ye are classes three. 7 Companions of the Right (O Companions of the Right!) 8 And those on the Left Hand (i.e. those who will be given their Record in their left hands), Who will be those on the Left Hand? (As a disgrace for them, because they will enter Hell). 9 The third to the fore shall be the foremost. 10 These will be those nearest to Allah. 11 In Gardens of Delight. 12 A multitude from the ancients. 13 and a lesser number from the later generations. 14 upon close-wrought couches 15 Reclining therein face to face. 16 Surrounded by immortal boys. 17 with goblets, and ewers, and cups filled with water from unsullied springs 18 which will not cause them any intoxication or illness. 19 along with fruits of their choice; 20 And the flesh of fowls, any that they may desire. 21 and wide-eyed houris 22 Like pearls within their shells, 23 a recompense for all that they did. 24 They will not hear any unnecessary or sinful talk 25 Except the word peace, peace. 26 And those on the Right Hand, Who will be those on the Right Hand? 27 [They will be] among lote trees with thorns removed 28 and clustered bananas, 29 Lengthened shadows, 30 And water gushing, 31 and fruits abounding 32 Neither intercepted nor forbidden, 33 And exalted thrones. 34 Lo! We have created them a (new) creation 35 Then We have made them virgins, 36 Loving, equals in age, 37 for those on the Right, 38

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
