As for those who, after persecution, migrated from their homes for the cause of God, We will provide them with a goodly abode in this life: but truly the reward of the Hereafter will be greater, if they only knew it. 41 They are those who bear with patience, and in their Lord they trust. 42 And We sent not before you except men to whom We revealed [Our message]. So ask the people of the message if you do not know. 43 [We sent them] with clear signs and scriptures. We have sent down the Reminder to you, to enable you to make clear to mankind what has been sent down to them, so that they may reflect upon it. 44 Are they who plan ill-deeds then secure that Allah will not cause the earth to swallow them, or that the doom will not come on them whence they know not? 45 Or that He may not seize them in the course of their journeys, then shall they not escape; 46 Or that He may seize them whilst constantly ruining them? For indeed your Lord is Most Compassionate, Most Merciful. 47 Do they not see how every thing Allah created casts its shadow right and left, prostrating itself before Allah in all humility? 48 And to Allah prostrates whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth of creatures, and the angels [as well], and they are not arrogant. 49 They have fear of God for His power over them, and act as commanded. ۩ 50
