And mention in the Book Moses; he was devoted, and he was a Messenger, a Prophet. 51 We called out to him from the right side of the Mount, and We drew him near to Us by communing to him in secret, 52 Out of Our mercy We gave him his brother Aaron who himself was a Prophet. 53 Tell also of Ishmael in the Book. He was true to his promise and was a messenger and a prophet. 54 He bade his people to pray and to give the alms, and he was pleasing to his Lord. 55 Mention in the Book (the Quran) the story of Idris (Enoch); he was a truthful Prophet. 56 We raised him to a high position. 57 These are (some of) those who were favoured by God among the prophets of the progeny of Adam, and of those We bore in the ark with Noah, and the offspring of Abraham and Israel, and of those We guided and We chose, for they bowed weeping in adoration when the revelations of Ar-Rahman were recited to them. ۩ 58 ۞ They were succeeded by a generation who neglected their prayers and followed their worldly desires. They will certainly be lost, 59 Except those who repent, believe and do righteousness; for those will enter Paradise and will not be wronged at all. 60 They will be admitted to the garden of Eden which is the unseen promise of the Beneficent God to His servants. The promise of God will certainly come true. 61 They shall not hear therein (in Paradise) any Laghw (dirty, false, evil vain talk), but only Salam (salutations of peace). And they will have therein their sustenance, morning and afternoon. [See (V. 40:55)]. 62 It is the Paradise that We will bequeath to those among Our bondmen who remain pious. 63 We never descend except at your Lord's command. What is before us and behind us and all that lies between belong to Him. Your Lord is not forgetful. 64 Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them – therefore worship Him and be firm in His worship; do you know any other of the same name as His? 65
