And assuredly We gave grace unto Musa and Harun. 114 and We saved them with their nation from a great distress. 115 And We supported them so it was they who overcame. 116 We granted them a Clear Book, 117 And showed them the right path. 118 And We left for them [favorable mention] among later generations: 119 "Peace and salutation to Moses and Aaron!" 120 Lo! thus do We reward the good. 121 Indeed, they were of Our believing servants. 122 And verily, llyas was one of the sent ones. 123 When he said to his people: Do you not guard (against evil)? 124 "Will you call upon Ba'l (a well- known idol of his nation whom they used to worship) and forsake the Best of creators, 125 God, your Lord, and the Lord of your fathers?" 126 but they rejected him, and thus will certainly be called to account; 127 Except the chosen bondmen of Allah. 128 and him We left thus to be remembered among later generations: 129 "Peace be on Elijah and his people!" 130 Lo! thus do We reward the good. 131 He was among Our believing worshipers. 132 So also was Lut among those sent (by Us). 133 when We delivered him and his people all together, 134 except for an old woman who remained behind. 135 and We destroyed the others. 136 You pass by their ruins morning 137 And during the night; so do you not have sense? 138
