3/4 Hizb 37
< random >
۞ And We inspired Moses, saying: Take away My slaves by night, for ye will be pursued. 52 Then Fir'aun (Pharaoh) sent callers to (all) the cities. 53 'Behold, these are a small troop, 54 And lo! they are offenders against us. 55 and we are a host on our guard.' 56 So We expelled them from gardens, springs, 57 And from treasures and nice houses. 58 Thus [We turned them (Pharaoh's people) out] and We caused the Children of Israel to inherit them. 59 At sunrise they set off in pursuit of them 60 And when the two companies saw one another, the companions of Moses said, "Indeed, we are to be overtaken!" 61 Musa said: by no means; verily with me is my Lord; He shall guide me. 62 Then We inspired to Moses, "Strike with your staff the sea," and it parted, and each portion was like a great towering mountain. 63 And there We brought the others on, 64 And We saved Moses and those with him, all together. 65 then We drowned the others. 66 In this [story] behold, there is a message [unto all men,] even though most of them will not believe [in it]. 67 And verily thy Lord! He is the Mighty, the Merciful. 68

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
