But what is the matter with those who deny the truth, that they come hastening towards you 36 In crowds, right and left? 37 Does every person among them aspire to enter a garden of pleasure? 38 Nay, verily. Lo! We created them from what they know. 39 But nay! I swear by the Lord of the rising-places and the setting-places of the planets that We verily are Able 40 to exchange them with others better than they; nothing can outstrip Us! 41 So leave them to their vain disputes and amusement till they meet their day (of reckoning) promised them, 42 The Day they will emerge from the graves rapidly as if they were, toward an erected idol, hastening. 43 With lowered eyes, disgrace overcoming them; this is the day, which they had been promised. 44
True are the words of God the Almighty.
End of Surah: The Heights (Al-Ma'aarej). Sent down in Mecca after Incontestable (Al-Haaqqah) before The News (Al-Naba')

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
