Are ye harder to create or the heaven which He hath builded? 27 He hath raised the height thereof and perfected it. 28 And He made its night dark, and started its light. 29 After this, He spread out the earth, 30 therefrom brought forth its waters and its pastures, 31 And the mountains hath He firmly fixed;- 32 In order to benefit you and your cattle. 33 Then, when the Great Catastrophe comes 34 The day when man remembers all that he had done, 35 And Hell made visible to him who can see, 36 Then as for him who waxed exorbitant, 37 and preferred the present life, 38 Lo! hell will be his home. 39 But unto him who shall have stood in fear of his Sustainer's Presence, and held back his inner self from base desires, 40 Then indeed Paradise only is his destination. 41 They (the disbelievers) ask you regarding the Last Day, as to when is its appointed time. 42 (Muhammad), you do not know (when and how) it will come. 43 Its knowledge rests with your Lord. 44 You are only a warner to him who has a fear of it. 45 On the day that they see it, it will be as though they had not tarried but the latter part of a day or the early part of it. 46
