Shattering (Al-Infitaar)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Snatchers (Al-Naze'aat) before The Splitting (Al-Inshiqaaq)
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ When the heavens are rent asunder, 1 when the stars are scattered, 2 when the seas are made to burst forth, 3 And when the graves are ransacked, 4 A soul will [then] know what it has put forth and kept back. 5 Human being, what evil has deceived you about your Gracious Lord, 6 Who created you, shaped you, and made you well-proportioned, 7 in whatever composition He wanted. 8 Yet you deny the Last Judgement. 9 Yet over you there are watchers, 10 Honourablel scribes. 11 who know whatever you do. 12 Behold, [in the life to come] the truly virtuous: will indeed be in bliss, 13 And indeed the sinners are in hell. 14 They shall enter it on the Day of Recompense 15 And will not be removed from it. 16 What will make you realize what the Day of Judgement will be? 17 Again, what do you know what the Day of Recompense is? 18 On that day, no soul will be of any benefit to any other soul. On that day, all affairs will be in the hands of God. 19
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
