We have made the heavens with Our own hands and We expanded it. 47 And the earth have We laid out, how gracious is the Spreader (thereof)! 48 And of everything created We two kinds; haply you will remember. 49 “Therefore rush towards Allah; indeed I am from Him, a clear Herald of Warning towards you.” 50 and do not set up any deity with Allah. Surely I am a clear warner to you from Him. 51 Similarly, whenever a Noble Messenger came to those before them they always said, “He is a magician or a madman.” 52 What, have they bequeathed it one to another? Nay, but they are an insolent people. 53 Turn away from them. You will not be blamed. 54 but keep on exhorting them, for exhortation benefits the believers. 55 I created the jinn and mankind only so that they might worship Me: 56 I seek not any provision from them (i.e. provision for themselves or for My creatures) nor do I ask that they should feed Me (i.e. feed themselves or My creatures). 57 God is certainly the great provider, Lord of strength and power. 58 The unjust will bear a burden like that of their unjust predecessors. Let them not make Me bring immediate punishment upon them. 59 Woe to the disbelievers when the day with which they have been threatened comes! 60
