The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Praise the name of thy Lord the Most High, 1 Who hath created, and further, given order and proportion; 2 Who measureth, then guideth; 3 Who brought forth the pasture, 4 And then makes it dark stubble. 5 We shall enable thee to recite, and then thou shalt not forget, 6 except what Allah wills, surely, He knows all that is (spoken) aloud and what is hidden. 7 And We will ease you toward ease. 8 Therefore, keep on preaching as long as it is of benefit. 9 Those who fear will understand. 10 But it will be avoided by those most unfortunate ones, 11 Who will enter the Great Fire, 12 wherein they will neither live nor die. 13 He who purified himself shall prosper, 14 and mentions the Name of his Lord, and prays. 15 But you prefer the worldly life, 16 whereas the Hereafter is better and more enduring. 17 Verily this is in Writs ancient 18 the Scriptures of Abraham and Moses. 19
Almighty God's Truth.
