Lo! We, even We, have revealed unto thee the Qur'an, a revelation; 23 So wait patiently for the command of your Lord and do not yield to any sinful or disbelieving person among them (people). 24 and remember the name of your Lord, morning and evening; 25 And during night, prostrate yourself to Him (i.e. the offering of Maghrib and 'Isha' prayers), and glorify Him a long night through (i.e. Tahajjud prayer). 26 Surely these love the transitory and neglect a grievous day before them. 27 We created them and made firm their make, and when We please We will bring in their place the likes of them by a change. 28 Surely this is a Reminder; so he who will, takes unto his Lord a way. 29 And what will you wish, except if Allah wills; indeed Allah is All Knowing, Wise. 30 He admits whosoever He will to His benevolence. But for the evil-doers He has prepared a painful punishment. 31
