And says man, “When I am dead, will I soon be brought forth alive?” 66 Doth not man remember that We created him before, when he was naught? 67 By your Lord, We will surely muster them and the devils together. Then We will surely bring them all, on their knees, around Hell, 68 Then We will separate from every group those who were strongly rebellious against the Beneficent God. 69 for, indeed, We know best as to which of them is most deserving of the fires of hell. 70 There is not one of you who shall not go down to it: such is a thing decreed, determined by your Lord. 71 Then We shall deliver those that feared Allah and leave the wrong-doers there on their knees. 72 When Our lucid revelations are read out to them, the infidels say to those who believe: "Which of the two groups is better in standing, and whose company is more excellent?" 73 And how many of the generations have We destroyed before them who were better in respect of goods and outward appearance! 74 Say, "The Gracious One grants respite for a time to those who are in error until, when they are confronted with what they are promised, either in punishment [in the world] or in [the approach of] the Hour, they will realize who is worse in respect of position and who is weaker in resources." 75 God gives greater guidance to those who are guided; and good deeds that endure are better with your Lord for reward, and better for consequence. 76 Hast thou seen him who disbelieves in Our signs and says, 'Assuredly I shall be given wealth and children'? 77 Has he obtained knowledge of the Unseen, or has he taken a covenant with the Most Compassionate Lord? 78 No, indeed! We shall assuredly write down all that he says, and We shall prolong for him the chastisement; 79 and divest him of all that he is [now] speaking of: for [on Judgment Day] he will appear before Us in a lonely state. 80 They have taken other deities besides God, so that they may be a source of strength for them. 81 Never; soon they will deny ever worshipping them, and will turn into their opponents. 82
