۞ And We inspired Moses, saying: Take away My slaves by night, for ye will be pursued. 52 The Pharaoh sent word to all the cities saying, 53 (Saying): "These (Israelites) are but a small band, 54 but they are indeed filled with hatred of us 55 “And indeed we are an alert army.” 56 Thus did We take them away from gardens and watersprings, 57 And treasures and a station noble. 58 This happened with them; (but on the other hand), We enabled the Children of Israel to inherit those bounties. 59 And they overtook them at sunrise. 60 So when the two hosts saw each other, the companions of Musa cried out: Most surely we are being overtaken. 61 Moses said, "Certainly not. My Lord is with me and He will certainly guide me." 62 Then We told Moses by inspiration: "Strike the sea with thy rod." So it divided, and each separate part became like the huge, firm mass of a mountain. 63 And We made the other party approach thither. 64 And We saved Moosa and all those with him. 65 then We drowned the others. 66 Verily there is a sign in this, but most of them do not believe. 67 And verily thy Lord is He, the Exalted in Might, Most Merciful. 68
