Drivers of the Winds (Al-Dhaareyaat)
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
By the dipersing winds that disperse. 1 and the burden-bearers 2 by the ships which smoothly sail on the oceans, 3 Then those (angels who) distribute blessings by Our command; 4 surely what you are being warned against is true, 5 and, verily, judgment is bound to come! 6 By the heaven containing pathways, 7 Certainly, you have different ideas (about Muhammad SAW and the Quran). 8 Turned aside therefrom is who is turned aside. 9 Destroyed are the falsifiers 10 Who are in a gulf (of ignorance) neglectful; 11 They ask, "When will the Day of Judgement come?" 12 It will be the Day whereon in the Fire they will be burned 13 [And will be told], "Taste your torment. This is that for which you were impatient." 14 As for the God-fearing, they shall be in the midst of gardens and fountains, 15 Receiving what is given them by their Lord. They were surely the virtuous before this. 16 sleeping little in the night-time, 17 And in the hour of early dawn, they (were found) praying for Forgiveness; 18 They assigned a share of their property for the needy and the destitute. 19 For those with sure belief there are signs in the earth, 20 And also in your ownselves. Will you not then see? 21 And in the heaven is your sustenance and what you are threatened with. 22 By the Lord of the heaven and the earth it is sure, even as it is a fact that ye are speaking. 23
