It is He Who has endowed you with the faculties of hearing and sight and has given you hearts (to think). Scarcely do you give thanks. 78 It is He Who has dispersed you all around the earth, and it is unto Him that you shall all be mustered. 79 And He it is Who quickeneth and causeth to die, and His is the alternation of night and day; will ye not then reflect? 80 Nay, but they say the like of what the men of old said. 81 They say, "When we die and become dust and bones, shall we then be raised up again? 82 We and our forefathers were promised this before. This is nothing but fables of the ancients." 83 Ask them: "Whose is the earth and those who are in it? Tell us if you know" 84 [And they will reply: "Unto God." Say: "Will you not, then, bethink yourselves [of Him]?" 85 Say: Who is Lord of the seven heavens, and Lord of the Tremendous Throne? 86 They will say: (This is) Allah's. Say: Will you not then guard (against evil)? 87 Say: 'In whose hand is the dominion of everything, protecting and Himself unprotected, if you have knowledge?' 88 They will say: "(All that belongs) to Allah." Say: "How then are you deceived and turn away from the truth?" 89 In fact We brought the Truth to them, and indeed they are liars. 90 No son (or offspring or children) did Allah beget, nor is there any ilah (god) along with Him; (if there had been many gods), behold, each god would have taken away what he had created, and some would have tried to overcome others! Glorified be Allah above all that they attribute to Him! 91 (He is) the Knower of the Unseen and the Seen, High Exalted be He above that they associate. 92
